I chose bravery, because my responsibility was clear:
bring my platoon and company back home safely to their families.

At the end of each operation — victory or loss — there was clarity, unity, and inner peace.

After entering civilian life, something felt different.

Even teenagers, protected by family support, spoke constantly about stress — from studies, routines, or expectations.

This showed one thing clearly:
Modern life weakens the mind when the body is not trained.
